It is my desire to present my child for dedication.
I have committed my life to Jesus Christ and trusted Him for salvation.
As a parent I desire to be a godly influence in the life of my child and to lead my child in the way of Jesus.
I will set before my child the example of a godly life and instruct him/her in the elements of the Christian faith to the best of my ability, God being my helper.
I will seek to lead my child to acceptance of Jesus as Saviour by his/her own will, to nurture him/her in the Christian faith, and endeavour to bring him/her into membership and fellowship of the church.
