Supervised by a fitness instructor, “Building a Better You” is a 4-5 week fitness class for women designed to address the need of physical exercise in the pursuit of wholeness. Experience the benefits of exercise in helping reduce your anxiety or depression in this 45-minute class offered Mondays and Thursdays, February 22-March 20, 4:30-5:15 pm. Class size limited. (Sorry, childcare NOT provided.) Cost $20. Must register in advance.
