Dear Families & Friends of Crystal Sylvester: 

We have some news to share that we know will be felt deeply by many of you, because Crystal Sylvester has meant so much to so many of us.

Crystal has submitted her resignation as our Children's Pastor, with her last day being June 30, 2026. After much prayer and reflection, she believes it's time to begin a new season of ministry and service, wherever God leads.

For 28 years, Crystal has walked alongside the families of FAC. She has prayed over your children, cheered them on, and faithfully pointed them to Jesus week after week. The love and care she has poured into this church and our community is immeasurable. We are so incredibly grateful for her and for the legacy she leaves behind. We want to honour Crystal in a way that reflects just how much she means to us, and we have a special opportunity planned to do exactly that:

Celebration & Farewell

All families are invited to a Celebration of Crystal's Ministry and Legacy June 20/21 at FAC Deerfoot in the Student Centre (Gym) & Meeting Place 3 after all 3 weekend services. This is an open invitation to you, your children, and your whole family to come, share a memory, and celebrate 28 incredible years of faithful ministry. We would love to see as many of you there as possible.

Crystal, thank you. Thank you for every Sunday morning, every prayer, every hug, and every moment you invested in the children and families of this church. You have shaped lives in ways that will echo for a lifetime, and we are so grateful that God brought you to us for this season.
