January 10/11: Have you ever felt lost in the dark, unsure where to go next? Jesus is the Light of the World. His light reveals what we can’t see, and guides every step. But it’s not enough to simply notice the light. We’re invited to follow it, to trust His direction, and walk in it knowing we’re never alone when He leads the way. (Scripture: John 8:12-20)

Week of Prayer + Fasting

Let's start the year by making space for God to speak. It's our Week of Prayer & Fasting on January 12–15; an opportunity to slow down and practice hearing God’s voice as a church family. Our next churchwide Prayer Night is Wednesday, January 14; a perfect midweek encouragement in your prayer and fasting journey!

A Daily Prayer Guide is now available online, with limited print copies also available at your campus Information Desk. FAC family, let’s begin the year listening for what God wants to say to us.

Try Alpha

Going into this year with more questions than answers? Try Alpha, a series of interactive sessions on Thursday nights designed to offer a safe, welcoming space to explore the basics of the Christian faith with others who are exploring, too. No question is off limits, and it's free, starting January 29 at all FAC Campuses! Learn more and register.

Get Connected!

We want to help you experience meaningful community and friendships here at FAC that go beyond weekend services. Whether you’re new or have called FAC home for years, let's choose to do life together in 2026! Stop by your campus information desk to chat with someone who can help you get connected or explore ways to get connected here.

Finding Hygge with Jesus

"Hygge (pronounced “hooga”) is a Danish cultural practice all about 'taking time away from the daily rush to be together with people you care about - or even by yourself - to relax and enjoy life's quieter pleasures.' These quiet pleasures could look like lighting some candles, sitting around a crackling fire, curling up with a blanket and a good book, enjoying a hot drink, or lingering over a meal. It's about how to thrive in the cold, dark season; something Danes have figured out how to do really well.

This got me thinking: what would it look like to practice hygge this winter that not only brings warmth to the mind and body, but also benefits our souls? Is it possible to find hygge with Jesus?"

Actualización de datos

We did it, church family – together, we not only met our year-end goal, but we surpassed it! A total of $1,266,192 was received in December, that’s 15.1% above the $1.1 million target (and 10.5% above year-end donations last year). Thank you for your generosity as we join Jesus in the renewal of all things in 2026!
