Les supports many of the ministry teams of First Alliance Church (FAC), including Life Commitments, Family Life, and Campus Development. Part of FAC’s staff team since 2008, he’s passionate about investing in the church locally and globally, leads the staff in developing strategy and alignment, and serves as part of the weekend teaching team.

Les enjoys hanging out with his wife Dawn, their 3 grown children and their spouses, and 9 grandchildren. He’s a 4-season outdoorsman, and enjoys capturing life through photography.
