The Coldest Night of the Year is a COVID-safe, family-friendly walk held on February 26, 2021 to raise money for charities serving people experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger.

COVID-related health risks and operational challenges won’t permit us to assemble in large groups in most locations this year. So instead, we will gather together safely, self-organizing individually or in smaller, COVID-friendly bubbles as permitted.

Event Date: February 26, suggested time is 2:00 pm, but you can walk at whatever time works for you and your bubble.
Participants are encouraged to donate and post to social media when you are out walking- be sure to tag FAC Calgary!
Each bubble can decide their own route and walk between 2-5 kilometers.

Registration is not required, everyone is welcome to come and support their local Coldest Night Of the Year charity.
There’ll be no cash or cheque collection on event day this year; this will keep everyone a little safer, and reduce the organizing strain on busy CNOY charities.
Cash donations can be made online by clicking on the registration button below.

It’s cold out there, so please dress warm and stay safe!
